Canadians to catch today

Opening Ceremonies are still two days away, but Canada’s women’s soccer team will be taking to the pitch on the first day of official competition Wednesday.

Look for the women to come out early and energetic under the coaching tutelage of John Herdman.
“This is an outstanding team of women and they have worked phenomenally hard to reach this point,” said Herdman.
