Perry Dellelce is a founder and managing partner of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada’s leading corporate finance transactional firms.
Dellelce practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, offering a unique blend of legal and corporate finance experience combined with hands on business management experience across a wide range of sectors including technology, mining, natural resources and financial services.
Dellelce has been recognized by Lexpert as a Repeatedly Recommended lawyer and as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in the area of technology transactions in the 2012 and 2013 Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
Dellelce holds degrees from the University of Western Ontario, Notre Dame and the University of Ottawa.
Extremely active in community involvement and charity, Dellelce Chairs the Sunnybrook Foundation and sits on the Boards of Canada’s Walk of Fame, Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery, Merry Go Round Children’s Foundation and the Young Fellowship, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation. In addition, he serves on the Campaign Cabinet of the University of Western Ontario and is on the Business Advisory Council for Notre Dame University.
Dellelce is a Member of the Canadian Olympic Committee.
