Statement From The Canadian Olympic Committee Regarding Tom Quinn Being Named Chair Of L’institut National Du Sport Du Québec

TORONTO – Today, the Canadian Olympic Committee released the following statement of congratulations on Tom Quinn being named as the new Chair of the l’Institut national du sport du Québec (INS Québec).

“On behalf of the Canadian Olympic Committee, I offer sincere congratulations to Tom Quinn on his being named to the important role as Chair of l’Institut national du sport du Québec. The partnership between our two organizations is crucial to Canada’s overall podium success and Tom brings an incredible degree of business and sport expertise that will strengthen and enhance the service we deliver for our athletes, coaches and National Sport Federations. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Guylaine Bernier for her remarkable service over the last 11 years at the INS, and to wish her all the best in her future endeavours.”
