Training Log – 2

The Training Log extension builds upon the first Training Log published for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Students can track their exercise and training, learning about sports medicine, psychology, performance dietician, and injury prevention along the way.  Be inspired by the contributions from Canadian athletes and Olympic Team Staff.
