Jillian Saulnier first wore the maple leaf internationally as a member of the under-18 national team. Saulnier made her debut with the National Women’s Team at the Four Nations Cup in the fall of 2014.
Mélodie Daoust has wanted to compete at the Olympic Games since she realized hockey was her passion. Her dream came true at Sochi 2014 where she scored one goal in Canada’s 3-1 semifinal victory over Switzerland, en route to the gold medal. She went on to be Canada’s leading scorer at PyeongChang 2018, totaling three goals and four assists, as the team won the silver medal.
Jamie Macdonald has been a member of the senior national team since 2015, making her World Cup debut that fall where she was a member of the team that won silver in the 3000m relay. In February 2016, she earned her first individual World Cup podium, taking bronze in the 1000m.
