Alwyn Morris

After winning a gold medal in kayaking at the Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Games, Alwyn Morris became a hero for Aborginal people all over North America. He used this newfound hero status to  develop sport programs for Aboriginal children across Canada and to be a leader for them.

Student Outcomes

Students learn about leadership and explore different components of it through writing assignments, collages and activities in which leaders emerge.
