Waneek Horn-Miller

As part of Canada’s first Olympic women’s water polo team, Waneek Horn-Miller faced a large and stressful challenge. She relied on her past and Aboriginal upbringing and customs to help keep her determined and focused on the Olympic Games while respecting herself and her accomplishments.
