Team Canada Best Ever Summer Olympic Results by Event: Lacrosse

The list below reflects Team Canada’s best ever Olympic result in each lacrosse event on the Los Angeles 2028 program.

Note: When lacrosse returns to the Olympic program at Los Angeles 2028, it will be in the form of sixes lacrosse. When lacrosse was an official medal sport at St. Louis 1904 and London 1908, it was in the form of field lacrosse. Canada won gold at both of those Olympic Games. In 1904, it was the Winnipeg Shamrocks who won the gold medal. Canada is also credited with the bronze medal from those Games, which was won by a team referred to in various sources as either Mohawk Indian or Iroquois Indian. Hailing from an area near Brantford, Ontario, they are now known to be members of the Haudenosaunee First Nation. The 1908 team was a true national team that included athletes from across Canada.
