Elliot Vaillancourt

Biography

Elliot Vaillancourt is set to make his Olympic debut at Milano Cortina 2026.

Vaillancourt won gold in dual moguls at the 2019 FIS Junior World Championships where he also placed fifth in moguls. It was the third straight year he competed at the world juniors. He debuted at the senior FIS World Championships in 2023.

Vaillancourt entered his first FIS World Cup events in January 2018, competing at Canadian-hosted stops in Calgary and Mont Tremblant. He joined the circuit full time for the 2019-20 season. He earned his first top 10 results on home snow in Val St-Côme, Quebec in January 2023, finishing ninth in moguls and 10^th in dual moguls. He advanced to his first six-man super final less than a week later when he finished fifth in moguls in Deer Valley.

Vaillancourt had his best World Cup season in 2023-24 when he finished fifth in the moguls standings. He earned his first two World Cup podiums that season, finishing second in Alpe d’Huez, France in December and in Val St-Côme in January.

Vaillancourt was the overall Nor-Am Cup champion for moguls/dual moguls in 2019-20. He began competing in Nor-Am Cup events in 2015. He has six career Nor-Am Cup victories, three apiece in moguls and dual moguls.
