Brittany Rogers competed at her first Olympic Games as part of the artistic Gymnastics team that made the event final for the first time in Canadian history, finishing fifth. Individually, Rogers also competed in the women’s vault event and finished seventh.

She was the top Canadian at the 2009 World Championships, qualifying for both the all around and vault final. She would finish seventh in vault to become one of a select few Canadian women gymnasts to reach an event final at a World Championship.

Brittany helped Canada qualify a full team to the 2012 Games at the London test event where the team finished second. She also captured her first World Cup gold medal in vault in Cottbus, Germany that year.
