How to Cheer on Team Canada at Paris 2024
PARIS (July 26, 2024) — Ahead of today’s Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony, the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) is sharing many ways to cheer on the Paris 2024 Canadian Olympic Team and how fans in Canada, Paris and around the world can participate.
IN PERSON EVENTS
Team Canada FanFest in Calgary, Toronto and Montreal
Presented in partnership with the Home of Team Canada, Cadillac Fairview, Team Canada FanFest aims to bring fans together to cheer on Team Canada athletes and to celebrate sport in Canada. Team Canada FanFest will take place over three weekends in three cities across the country, including:
- July 26-29: Calgary, Stephen Avenue Walk at Centre Street
- August 2-5: Toronto, CF Shops at Don Mills
- August 9-11: Montreal, La Cour Gare Windsor
Team Canada FanFest will offer fans the opportunity to watch the Games with family and friends, Olympic athlete appearances, and live music performances featuring Canadian artists. Fans will also be able to experience Olympic sports, and engage with a roster of exciting and immersive Team Canada partner activations. Canada Olympic House in Paris
Canada Olympic House, located in Paris at La Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie in Parc de la Villette, will serve as Team Canada’s main gathering place for family, friends and fans to cheer on and celebrate athletes as they compete during the Games. Unique to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Canada Olympic House will be a part of the “Park of Nations” and will be located close to several other National Olympic Committee houses in Parc de la Villette. This marks the first time since PyeongChang 2018 that Canadian family, friends and fans will be able to cheer on Team Canada in person at an Olympic Games.
Canada Olympic House will be open to the public daily from 11am to 11pm from July 27th to August 11th. General admission tickets are priced at €30 for adults and €12 for children under 12, and includes:
- Entry into Canada Olympic House
- Team Canada competition viewing parties
- Live performances and other fun events
- An opportunity to attend Team Canada athlete celebrations
- Food and beverages available to purchase

WATCH TEAM CANADA ON CANADA’S OLYMPIC NETWORK
CBC/Radio-Canada
CBC/Radio-Canada, Canada’s Olympic Network through 2032 and Paralympic network through 2026, is the exclusive Canadian broadcast and streaming home of the Olympic Games Paris 2024, taking place from Friday, July 26 to Sunday, August 11.
French coverage of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games presented by Radio-Canada will be comprehensive with broadcasts from every competition venue. ICI TÉLÉ, ICI TOU.TV and RDS will offer daily coverage to follow the decisive moments and medals won by Canadian athletes. Beyond the ceremonies, the great majority of Olympic events will be broadcast in real time and freely on demand on ICI TOU.TV.
Live coverage and content you can catch up with will be available on Radio-Canada.ca/paris2024, along with all the results and a real-time medal table, the events schedule, as well as news stories and reports. Everything will also be available on Radio-Canada’s Paris 2024 Olympic Games app, downloadable now.
In English, CBC’s comprehensive coverage of Paris 2024 will feature live broadcasts from every venue and include every Canadian medal-winning moment, with 22 hours of live television coverage each day and totalling more than 3000 hours of live content available on CBC and partner networks TSN and Sportsnet, CBC Gem, CBC’s Paris 2024 website and the CBC Paris 2024 app for Android and iOS devices.
Audiences can also visit the website and app for full event schedules, results, athlete bios and features, daily updates and more, as well as exclusive coverage by CBC Sports including in-depth reports, highlights, digital series and on-demand replays of the biggest moments and events, ensuring Canadians don’t miss a minute of the action.
Brave is Unbeatable
Keep an eye out for the COC and CBC/Radio-Canada’s joint campaign for the Olympic Games Paris 2024, titled “Brave is Unbeatable.” The campaign tells the stories of Team Canada athletes and their paths to the Olympic Games, including navigating anxiety, getting cut from their high school teams, or coping with pressure. “Brave is Unbeatable” sets out to remind Canadians that everyone faces their own unique set of obstacles, and inspire them to tap into their own sense of bravery to take on whatever comes at them.
