Media Advisory: Quadruple Olympic medallist Penny Oleksiak to hold media availability
Sunday, August 14, 2016 — RIO DE JANEIRO — Quadruple Rio 2016 Olympic medallist, Penny Oleksiak, will be available to media for photo and interview opportunities today. Oleksiak won gold in the 100m freestyle, silver in the 100m butterfly and bronze in both the 4x100m and 4x200m freestyle relays. Her performance ties Victor Davis as Canada’s most decorated Olympic swimmer.
Team Leader John Atkinson will also be available to give an overview of the swimming team’s historic performance. Head Coach Ben Titley will be available to speak about Penny’s development and the overall training program at the Swimming Canada High Performance Centre – Ontario.
