Multiple gold medallist Pillitteri Estates Winery joins Team Canada
NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE (June 14, 2019) – The Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) is proud to announce Pillitteri Estates Winery as the Official Wine Supplier of Team Canada. The six-year partnership, which focuses on co-branded licensed wine products, extends through the Olympic Games Paris 2024.
As the Official Wine Supplier, Pillitteri Estates Winery will own the pouring rights at Canada Olympic House and other COC-owned events. Additionally, the Pillitteri family has agreed to donate $1.00 CAD of every bottle sold from their Team Canada Wine Collection to the Canadian Olympic Foundation which will go towards supporting the next generation of Team Canada. The co-branded wine products will be retailed at $15.00 CAD.
Consisting of Team Canada red and white, bottles are available at the Pillitteri Estates Winery retail store based in Niagara-on-the-Lake and online at pillitteri.com.
Products distributed through the Canadian Liquor Boards, including the launch of a Team Canada Icewine, will be in-market at a later date.
