Family: Parents Wade and Patricia Lundquist… Younger sister Amanda… Older brother Jesse… Fiancé Jesse Cook… Getting into the Sport: Joined her first volleyball team in grade six… Had competed in every sport she could (soccer, basketball, gymnastics, track and field) so when she heard there was a volleyball team she decided to try it; hated it at first because she was frustrated she couldn’t do the skills properly but is so competitive she stuck with it… Outside Interests: Enjoys baking, sketching, exploring new places while playing professionally in Europe, doing outdoor activities (hiking, biking, playing Frisbee, ATVing)… Graduated from Montana State University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular Biology and Neuroscience… Odds and Ends: Game day breakfast includes two eggs with cheese on top of toast with peanut butter and coffee… Calls herself a coffee snob who tries to collect coffee from each place she visits… Favourite motto “Never settle” reminds her that no matter how far she’s come, she can always be better…
