Rosanna Crawford had a career breakthrough in January 2018 when she won her first career solo World Cup medal, taking bronze in the 15km individual event in Ruhpolding, Germany after shooting a perfect 20 for 20 for the first time.
Megan Tandy had a career year in 2014-15. She broke into the top-15 in several World Cup races and had the most improved shooting percentage on the circuit. She was inside the top-30 in her four individual events at the 2015 World Championships, which included her qualifying for the mass start.
Brendan Green helped make Canadian biathlon history in 2016 when he anchored the 4×7.5km relay team to bronze for Canada’s first ever relay medal at the world championships. Two years earlier, Green was a member of the Canadian biathlon team that produced numerous best-ever results at Sochi 2014.
