Skylar Park struck gold in taekwondo at the 2023 Pan Am Games. As a fourth-generation Taekwondo athlete and one of 16 black belts in her family, Skylar thrives on the pressure to live up to her family’s legacy. Since she is coached by her father and trains with her two brothers at their family’s taekwondo school, she also feels their support and strength as she prepares for Paris 2024.
