• Competed at his first senior ICF World Championships in 2017, reaching the A final of the C-4 1000m
• Won C-2 500m gold at the 2018 Pan American Championships in his hometown of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
• Had a career best fifth-place finish in C-1 1000m at the ICF World Cup II in Duisburg, Germany in May 2018
• Represented Team Nova Scotia at the 2013 Canada Summer Games, winning two medals


Getting into the Sport: Started canoeing at age 4 and began competing at age 8… Inspired to compete for Team Canada after having the opportunity to attend the London 2012 Olympic Games as a spectator… Outside Interests: Majoring in economics at Dalhousie University… Hobbies include bouldering and pond hockey…
