David Bédard
Biography
David Bédard is a four-time Olympian in diving who competed at Los Angeles 1984, Seoul 1988, Barcelona 1992 and Atlanta 1996. He recorded his best result in his Olympic debut when he finished eighth in the 10m platform. At Seoul 1988, he competed in both the 3m springboard and 10m platform before competing in just the 3m event in his last two Olympic appearances. Bédard is a two-time medallist at the Pan Am Games, winning 10m platform bronze in 1987 and 3m springboard bronze in 1995. He also won three medals at the Commonwealth Games, taking 10m platform silver in 1986 along with silvers on both the 1m springboard and 10m platform in 1990.
