Biography

• 12-time Canadian Champion
• Won men’s -87kg silver at 2026 Senior Pan American Championships, adding to a Pan American Championship resume that includes gold in 2024 and four bronze medals
• Finished 9th at the 2026 Rome World Taekwondo Grand Prix, recording his first Grand Prix match victory
• Won men’s -87kg bronze at the 2024 CISM World Military Taekwondo Championships; had previously won bronze in 2018
• Named Male Athlete of the Year in 2024 for both the Canadian Army and the Canadian Armed Forces
• Reached the quarterfinals and finished tied for 5th in the men’s -87kg event at the 2022 World Taekwondo Championships in Guadalajarajo
• Won a bronze medal at the 2019 CISM Military World Games.
