Luka Stoikos
Biography
Luka Stoikos is set to make his Olympic debut at Milano Cortina 2026.
Stoikos joined the national bobsleigh team for the 2025-26 season and made his international debut on the IBSF World Cup circuit in November. He earned his first top 10 result in a four-man sled piloted by Pat Norton in December.
Stoikos was selected in the eighth round of the 2025 CFL Draft by the BC Lions.

Getting into the Sport: Attended first national team testing camp in August 2025 and took his first runs down a track in October… Was a dual sport athlete with the University of Toronto Varsity Blues; played four years of football; also competed in shot put and weight throw in athletics… Outside Interests: Studied Architecture at the University of Toronto… Odds and Ends: Both his father, Boris, and uncle, John, represented Canada in hammer throw at the Victoria 1994 Commonwealth Games…
