Mathias Guillemette

Mathias Guillemette has quickly risen to be one of Canada’s top endurance track cyclists. In 2023, he won three medals at the Pan American Championships, helping Canada to gold in the men’s team pursuit and teaming with Dylan Bibic to win gold in the men’s Madison. He also earned a solo silver in the points race.

Guillemette was invited to compete in the UCI Track Champions League in 2022 and 2023. In his first year on the circuit, he finished fifth in the men’s endurance standings.

Guillemette was named to his first elite UCI Track World Championships team in 2021 but did not compete. In both 2022 and 2023, he raced in the team pursuit, Madison, and points race at the world championships. Guillemette had competed at the UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships in 2019. He also represented Canada at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
