Vancouver 2010 Olympic Champion, Meaghan Mikkelson gives us the inside scoop on what a day in her life looks like.

With just over two months before the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games, Meaghan and her hockey teammates are training hard on and off the ice. Her dedication to defend Olympic Gold for Canada in Sochi is evident, along with her holiday cheer and hate of the flu shot.
