Bottom line: Brooke Henderson finished third after shooting a fourth-round 74, with New Zealand’s Lydia Ko taking the title.
Henderson began Sunday in the lead at nine under-par, including a score of 65 on Friday. She stumbled out of the gate, bogeying the first and third holes. Despite an eagle on 14, three more bogeys on the back nine dropped the 17-year-old behind Ko, and second-place finisher Morgan Pressel of the USA.
