Jon Montgomery became a celebrated Canadian when he defied great odds to win gold in Skeleton at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games – beating out his closest opponent by 7/100th of a second. Jon celebrated his victory with his famous “beer walk” through Whistler Village directly following his race, celebrating with Canadians who lined the streets, reflecting his zest for life, his pride in being Canadian and his love for great beer.
