Biography

  • Competed at his first World Aquatics Championships in 2022; finished 14th in the 400m IM 
  • Competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games where he was a finalist in the 400m IM 
  • First represented Canada internationally at the 2019 Summer Universiade; placed 13th in the 400m IM 
  • Won the 400m IM at the 2021 Canadian Swimming Trials but did not achieve the time standard required to compete at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games  
  • Won the 400m IM and finished second in the 200m IM at the 2022 Canadian Swimming Trials 
  • Finished second in 400m IM and third in 200m IM at 2023 Canadian Swimming Trials 
  • While competing for Simon Fraser University he won the 2022 NCAA DII 400m IM title, setting the NCAA DII record in the event
