Kate Miller

Kate Miller was just 18 when she made her debut at the World Aquatics Championships in 2023. She teamed with Caeli McKay to finish eighth in the women’s 10m synchro event. She placed fifth in the non-Olympic mixed 10m synchro event with partner Nathan Zsombor-Murray.

A few weeks later, Miller and McKay won 10m synchro silver at the 2023 World Aquatics Diving World Cup Super Final. That was just their third competition together. They had debuted as a duo at the World Cup in Montreal in early May 2023 where they finished fifth. In the fall of 2023, Miller and McKay won 10m synchro silver at the Pan Am Games in Santiago.

Miller and McKay qualified themselves for Paris 2024 with their sixth-place finish in the 10m synchro event at the 2024 World Aquatics Championships. They followed up with a pair of synchro silver medals at the World Cup in Berlin and the World Cup Super Final in Xi’an, China.

Miller won gold at the 2022 World Junior Championships in the 3m synchro event with partner Sonya Palkhivala. Individually, she placed fourth in the 10m platform. Among her other junior successes are a 10m gold and 1m silver at the 2017 Junior Pan American Championships.
