Biography

• 2023 Canadian Champion in the women’s 5000m
• That victory earned her a spot on her first national team just over a year after she gave birth to her son, Bennett; competed in the 5000m at the 2023 World Athletics Championships  
• Finished second at the 2021 Canadian 10,000m Championships 
• Turned her attention to running after competing collegiately in volleyball for McGill University
