Grace Konrad

Biography

• Won gold in the 400m at the 2023 Canadian Championships
• Competed at her first World Athletics Championships in 2023; finished fourth with the women’s 4x400m relay team
• Won 400m gold and 200m silver at the 2022 Canada Games; also won silver in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays with Team Alberta 
• Won 300m silver and 600m silver at the 2022 USports Championships while representing Trinity Western University
