Canoe/Kayak Sprint
On the final day of competition at the Welland Pan Am Flatwater Centre, here’s who is racing for Canada:
- Women’s K-2 500m – Émilie Fournel, Hannah Vaughan
- Men’s K-1 200m – Mark de Jonge (reigning world champion and Olympic bronze medallist)
- Men’s C-1 200m – Jason McCoombs
- Women’s C-1 200m – Laurence Vincent-Lapointe (four-time world champion competing in the Pan Am Games debut of women’s canoe)
- Women’s K-1 200m – Michelle Russell (former world U23 champion aiming for her third medal of the Games)
- Men’s K-2 200m – Mark de Jonge, Pierre-Luc Poulin
Rowing
Canadian crews will be competing in five finals at the Royal Canadian Henley Rowing Course:
- Women’s Singles Sculls – Carling Zeeman
- Women’s Lightweight Double Sculls – Liz Fenje, Kate Sauks
- Men’s Lightweight Double Sculls – Saul Garcia-Alvarez, Mark Henry
- Men’s Coxless Pair – Mike Evans, Martin Barakso
- Men’s Quad Sculls – Matthew Buie, Julien Bahain, Will Dean, Rob Gibson
Swimming
The first day of competition in the pool at the Pan Am Aquatics Centre begins with the heats at 10:05 am, followed by the finals at 7:05pm:
- Women’s 100m Freestyle – Chantal Van Landeghem, Michelle Williams
- Men’s 100m Freestyle – Yuri Kisil, Santo Condorelli
- Women’s 200m Butterfly – Noemie Thomas, Audrey Lacroix
- Men’s 200m Butterfly – Zack Chetrat, Alec Page
- Women’s 4x100m Freestyle Relay – Michelle Williams, Chantal Van Landeghem, Sandrine Mainville, Katerine Savard
