The second day of competition at the Pan Am Athletics Stadium begins with the women’s high jump final at 10:05 am as the only medal event of the morning. The evening medal sessions kick off with the men’s long jump at 6:05 pm:
Women
- High Jump – Alyxandria Treasure, Emma Kimoto
- Shot Put – Taryn Suttie, Julie Labonté
- 400m Hurdles – Sarah Wells
- 800m – Jessica Smith, Melissa Bishop
- 100m – Khamica Bingham, Crystal Emmanuel
Men

- 100m – Andre De Grasse
Boxing

Samir El Mais (right, in red) won boxing gold in Glasgow 2014 and firmly set his sights on Rio 2016.
The fifth day of competition at Oshawa Sports Centre features semifinal bouts, beginning at 7:05pm:
- Bantamweight (65kg) – Kenny Lally
- Light Welterweight (64kg) – Arthur Biyarslanov
- Heavyweight (91kg) – Samir El Mais
Water Ski & Wakeboard
The third day of competition at the Ontario Place West Channel begins with the men’s and women’s overall finals at 10:25 am:
