Rikki Doak
Biography
Rikki Doak won her first medals at the ISU World Short Track Championships in 2025, taking silver in the women’s 500m and gold with the women’s 3000m relay team. In 2023 and 2024 she contributed to back-to-back bronze medals in the women’s 3000m relay. She just missed the podium individually in her world championship debut in 2023, finishing fourth in the 500m.
Doak made her ISU World Cup debut during the 2019-20 season. She returned to the World Cup team in 2022-23, helping Canada finish atop the women’s 3000m relay standings. She won her first individual World Cup gold medal in the 500m in Montreal at the beginning of the 2023-24 season.
Doak helped Canada win the first Team Crystal Globe on the newly formed ISU Short Track World Tour in 2024-25, picking up a 500m bronze medal in Beijing. The team repeated as Team Crystal Globe champions in 2025-26.
