Canadians can keep an eye on the Aquatics Centre today as action continues to heat up in Swimming and Jenn Abel and Emilie Heymans step to the board in 3m synchro as contenders. The duo will fight together for a medal beginning at 10 a.m. EST.
Six-time medallist and six-time Olympian Clara Hughes will compete in the women’s road race at Box Hill. The Canadian Olympic icon begins the race at 7 a.m. EST.
After putting down impressive times in seminfinal action, Katerine Savard will compete in the 100 fly final at 2:30 p.m EST.
Swimmers Julia Wilkinson and Sinead Russell take to the pool in 100m backstroke. Heats begin at 6 a.m. with the finals slated for 4:45 p.m., EST.
