Athletics

The first day of competition at the Pan Am Athletics Stadium begins with the women’s javelin final at 10:05 am and men’s pole vault at 10:15am:
Women
- Javelin – Melissa Fraser, Elizabeth Gleadle
- 5000m – Natasha Labeaud, Jessica O’Connell
- Triple Jump – Alicia Smith, Caroline Ehrhardt
- Hammer Throw – Heather Steacy, Sultana Frizell
- 100m Hurdles – Phylicia George, Nikkita Holder
Men
- Pole Vault – Jason Wurster, Shawnacy Barber
- Shot Put – Tim Hendry-Gallagher, Tim Nedow

Beach Volleyball

The final day of competition at the Beach Volleyball Centre begins at 9:00am with 7th to 8th round matches with medal rounds starting at 3:00pm:
- Women’s Bronze Medal Match – Taylor Pischke and Melissa Humana-Paredes vs. Brazil
Taekwondo
Pan Am Games taekwondo at Guadalajara 2011, featuring Canada’s Ivett Gonda (in red helmet).
The third day of competition at the Mississauga Sports Centre begins with men’s -80kg and women’s -67kg elimination rounds at 2:00pm. The medal bouts begin at 8:34pm:
- Men’s -80kg – Christopher Iliesco
- Women’s -67kg – Ashley Kraayeveld
